May 31, 2023 (Warren, Ohio) – The Raymond John Wean Foundation is excited to announce the addition of McKayla Rockwell to their team as Administrative Associate. In her role, she supports the Foundation and its staff to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities, programs and office administration while creating a welcoming space for guests.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Rockwell taught freshman writing courses at her alma mater, Youngstown State University, where she earned her bachelor’s and master’s degree in English. She has a background in writing, editing and publishing in the small literary world and is an active member of the local literary community.
“I love this area, it is my home and I’ve always wanted to make it better, make it something to be proud of,” says Rockwell. “I have heard about all the work the Wean Foundation has done in the area and I am excited to be a part of it.”
